Testing Facility

Our company has a full fledged in-house physical testing & chemical analysis laboratory which carries out all the important tests required during the process of manufacturing rubber products and also on the finished products so as to assure the quality of the final output. We carry out all the critical tests at various stages of production right from the approval of Raw Material, quality of Rubber Compound, and finally to the Rubber Moulded Product.

Details of Testing and Inspection Facilities

Visual Measurement System
Objective: Visual measuring system is used to evaluate flesh limit & to measure dimensional inspection of the critical and very tiny parts of rubber; those are not possible to measure by regular measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer etc.
Range of Measurement: 150 x 150 x 150 MM

Photo Inspection Machine
Objective: This machine is used specifically to inspect & verify the surface area and dimensions of Rubber O Ring for possible Dents, Deep Cuts Marks, Over Finished Diameters, and Variation in Thickness above 70 Microns of its original height and Flesh detected and the material is segregated on the basis of set tolerance of these defects.
Range of Measurement: 1 to 30 MM

Tensile, Elongation & Load Testing Machine – UTM
Objective: Tensile Testing is a fundamental materials science test in which a sample Rubber to a controlled tension until failure. The results from the test are commonly used to select a material for an application, for quality control, and to predict how a material will react under other types of forces.
Range of Measurement: 0 to 3000 Kg

Digital Low Force Vernier Caliper
Objective: It is a measuring device used to precisely measure linear dimensions. Low force calipers are ideal for elastic or resilient work pieces such as plastic parts and rubber parts that standard calipers cannot measure.
Range of Measurement: 0-180 MM / 0 – 7″

Oscillating Disc Rheometer

Oscillating Disc Rheometer
Objective: Rheometer is an instrument which is used for measuring the rheological properties of a substance. It is used for Research & Development of New Rubber Formulations.

Oven
Objective: Oven is used for variety of industrial applications, including drying, curing, or baking components, parts or final products.
Range of Measurement:  0 -400 ⁰C

Muffle Furnace
Objective: A muffle furnace (sometimes, retort furnace) in historical usage is a furnace in which the subject material is isolated from the fuel and all of the products of combustion, including gases and flying ash.
Range of Measurement: 0 – 1200 ⁰C

Lab Refrigerator
Objective: Lab Refrigerator is used for testing the subject at different Freezing temperature, includes minus degree temperature. Post freezing of the subject, change in its properties can be analyzed.
Range of Measurement: -20 °C – 100 °C

Thickness Meter
Objective: For measurement of thickness of Rubber parts and Rubber sheet.
Range of Measurement: 0 – 10 MM

Hardness Tester International Rubber Hardness Degrees – IRHD
Objective: The hardness tester can be used for testing the hardness of Rubber Product.
Range of Measurement: 30 – 100 IRHD

Hardness Tester Shore A
Objective: Used for testing the Quality & Condition of being Hard in Rubber Product.
Range of Measurement: 0 – 100 Shore A

DIN Abrasion Tester
Objective: Abrasion Testing is the process of scraping the outer layer of Rubber substance.
Range of Measurement: N/A

Digital Specific Gravity Meter
Objective: Specific Gravity Meter is used to identify the gravity of any object.
Range of Measurement: 0 – 400 GM

Hydraulic Press for Rubber Sampling
Objective: For Moulding a Rubber sample for Quality Testing purpose.
Range of Measurement: 7 X 7 Inch.

Oil Seal Lip Pressure Testing Machine
Objective: It is used for testing the quality of Oil Seals.
Range of Measurement: 0 – 2 & 0-7 KG/CM²

Magnifying Glass Machine
Objective: With the use of magnifying glass visual inspection process of small rubber parts done easily and also we can evaluate the moulding faults like dents, unfilled, mismatch etc. and close observation of rubber flesh.

Load Deflection
Objective: The objective of Load Deflection Machine is to measure the amount of Load on Rubber Product.
Range of Measurement: 0 – 2000 kg
