Ashutosh Rubber Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in manufacturing of a wide range of Rubber & TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) products. We are an – • ISO 9001:2015 • IATF 16949:2016 • ISO 45001-2018 • ISO 14001:2015 certified company by TUV SUD, and accredited with ISI certification under Bureau of Indian Standard IS 5382. Our Products are also compliant with European Standards RoHS & REACH.
Presently we make more than 9000 different Rubber & TPE Moulded Products for varied applications. Our company uses modern manufacturing process by using Desma Rubber Injection, Tung Yu, Plus – One Vacuum Moulding Machines and Windsor, PASL Windtech TPE Injection Moulding Machines. We have been incorporated as a Private Limited company since 2007, being a part of the group which is in this business since 1987. The Company, over and above having modern rubber processing technology, has also modern facility to Process Soft PVC like TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer).

Mr. Rajesh Kothari – MD & CEO
Managing Director and C.E.O of the company Ashutosh Rubber Pvt.Ltd. holds the degree of B.E (Mechanical),M.E (Production Technology),Post Graduate Diploma in Rubber Technology (IIT Kharagpur) and an expert in the field of Rubber Technology.
A competent professional with over 28 years of multi domain cross cultural of insightful qualitative experience in Strategy Planning, Plant Management, Budgeting, Major Plant Expansion Projects and Continuous Improvement.
Former President of Rubber Manufacturers Welfare Association (GRMA).
Former President of Rotary Club of Rajkot and has been involved with number of service projects of Rotary Club and he is Rotary Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International.
Mr. Ashutosh Kothari – Director
Deputy C.E.O of the company Ashutosh Rubber Pvt.Ltd. holds the degree of B.E (Rubber Technology) and MMS (Marketing) and have gained valuable insights in Rubber and TPE products manufacturing industry.
Believes in innovative ideas ,conviction and new perspective to things be it operations, marketing or business development.
Responsible for overseeing and making management-level decisions for the Production Department, which includes Purchasing, Production, Material Handling/Inventory, Production Engineering, Shipping/Receiving and Service and also responsible to build a creative integrated,multi channel marketing department that builds brand awareness and reputation.
Mr. Harsh Kothari – Director
The technical director of our company has done M.Sc. in Polymer Science (Loughborough University, UK) and has a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and has profound knowledge about Rubber and Polymers.
